Chase Bays, Inc products and some other products offered are intended for Off-Road Use ONLY. They're never to be used on public Highways.
 

Chase Bays Engine Harness Terms & Conditions
 

1.              Our turn around time is 2 weeks or less. However there is few variables that can make this time longer. If you purchase a core through us, usually we can locate one within a few days. If we're having trouble locating an OEM harness, the Chase Bays Harness shipping time may be extended until we can find one. A core is often purchased on international sales since shipping costs are more than the core harness costs. If you're in the US it's recommended that you search for a core on your own first on eBay, car-part.com, etc. You can even have it shipped directly to us. 

2.              If your harness has added gauge sensors, different ignition setups, anything far off from what we make as a standard, the turn around time will go up. Production slows down for these types of setups but we will continue doing them, as it's the market we cater to and we're here to help. Email or Call for extended times on these orders.

 

Returns / Replacements Policy 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once the order is completed on your end, it is un-cancelable.

Please open all boxes immediately and check contents. We must be notified of any significantly damaged or defective products within 2 business days of you receiving your products. If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier.

The photo's used to show a product are not always an exact representation of the product you are purchasing. It is your responsibility to know exactly what you are purchasing.You can always call us and ask. 

If the product is defective, you will receive a replacement. If you choose to return the defective item rather than replace it, a restocking fee will be assessed and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping (it does rarely happen), please contact us by emailing Sales@ChaseBays.com or calling (205) 623-2188. We will issue instruction on how and where to return the product. We will ship you the correct product and pay the shipping costs both ways.

*IF FOR SOME REASON WE ACCEPT A RETURN, all returns are subject to a restocking fee. We have a standard restocking fee of 15-20% on ALL returned items. If you call us angry and irrational we will not help you. Calm down and talk to us like an adult.

*Returned product must be in resaleable condition and in original packaging [subject to approval]

There is substantial cost in processing orders and shipping products. There is also cost in returning products: messages must be answered, shipping labels issued; products received and restocked, paperwork processed, etc. Therefore, a restocking fee is required in order to keep our prices at their lowest.

If you are not sure about what you need or of a product, whether or not it will work for you, or whether it is of the quality you are expecting, do some of your own research first before calling us. 99% of our customers are happy with us, and we have thousands of satisfied customers. We would rather lose a sale than ship products to people who have expectations that we cannot meet, and who will or could end up unhappy with us. Please be certain that the products you are ordering are exactly what you want/need before placing your order with us.
