Usually the windshield wiper motor is mounted at the lowest point on the car and the sprayers are on the hood so it's no issue. The windshield washer motor does allow for the fluid to pass through some which means it can leak out the hose exit if the reservoir is mounted higher. Additionally, most all windshield washer fluid manufacturers include corrosion prevention components to prevent harmful chemicals from eating away at any metal, or rubber that it may come in contact with. Lets start at the most obvious feature...\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRaised Fill Point\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eMany might not understand this yet but for other half; they're jumping for joy. This is a feature no other company is offering. A major issue with some engines (especially engine swaps) is the difficulty in bleeding the system. The fill point on the radiator is lower than the coolant passages in the cylinder head or the heater core. This causes unsolvable air bubbles that continue to accumulate as the system cycles. Even when you use coolant bleeding kits, it puts the cap and overflow point below those coolant passages. This causes the cap to overflow more fluid per second if the pressure level of your cap is exceeded. All in all, its an issue enthusiasts have been dealing with for decades.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur filler neck raises the fill point 3.75\" inches \/ 95.25mm from the center of lower fitting to where the cap seal ends (not the very top). The total height from bottom to top is 5.25\" inches \/ 133.35mm. It installs by welding one of the adapters directly to the upper water neck. You can see example photos below. You can also butt the filler neck up to the water neck and use a short piece of hose to connect the two. That method will take up to 3\" inches \/ 76.2mm more space, but in some scenarios space is not an issue.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eModular\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe have made the inlet and outlet -20AN female ORB threads and we made adapters to cater to 99% of applications. It can be connected two different ways. It is already fused in the fusebox so it can be connected direction on the battery, alternator, or starter. Every ECU has a slightly different format for programming thermo fans, however your main goal is to supply a ground signal from the ECU pin available to the GREEN wire of the thermoswitch section of our harness. In some instances, you can only use a power output to control a thermo fan (ex. Haltech), so you will need to pin that ECU power output to a separate relay as the signal to complete the ground for the thermoswitch function of the harness to operate via the ECU. Our Drift ZN6 makes over 400hp on the FA20 and the single 19 row wasn't cutting it on some intense full course tracks (5 minute consecutive drifts). We would go over 230ºF while the water temp was staying around 205ºF. Adding a second cooler brought it down to around 215ºF which is fantastic. This is common on RX-7 Rotary setups to do dual cooler so we implemented it on flat 4 with success.
