DESCRIPTION
This product is designed for enthusiasts who want to adapt their Dual Piston Brake Booster Delete to their Bosch MK60 ABS equipped BMW E46 with ease.
The OEM Master Cylinder to ABS Unit OEM brake hard lines are relocated and replaced and with 3AN stainless steel braided, Teflon PTFE lined, black PVC coated lines with stainless steel hose ends. There are 2 short lines in the kit that connect the Dual Piston Brake Booster Delete to the factory ABS pressure sensors using our Female F Fittings - the factory pressure sensor F Fittings are then installed to the mounting plate provided below the OEM Master Cylinder. The 2 remaining lines connect the F Fitting 3AN outlets the ABS unit inlets on the other side of the engine bay. We have designed the lines to route similar to OE unlike our ABS Delete kits that we rethink the routing for better aesthetic and heat management. ALWAYS install and secure lines to keep them 4” or more inches away from manifolds and downpipes - we include Chase Bays Firesleeve for the lines through the engine bay as well as mounting clamps and hardware.
