You can contact us by using the form on the page or via Sales@ChaseBays.com. The same people replying to your messages are the same ones building your products. For that reason we do not have phones. We'd rather get you the right answer instead of putting someone on phone who can't answer your questions properly (been there, done that!). And we'd rather get orders out accurately and quickly too. Occasionally we get an email from a customer thinking we randomly cut off our phones. They view it as us being sketchy or going rogue. This is not the case, we haven't had phones since 2011
PLEASE email us asking your question instead of just requesting a phone call. In some post purchase technical support situations, speaking on the phone is just easier. If you do need technical support by phone, send an email requesting a call with a DETAILED summary of the help you need and a call back number.
