Chase Bays is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No restocking fee will be charged.
1) Fill out the Return Material Authorization Form LINKED HERE. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice. MAKE SURE it has a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages. Ship your product(s) to:
2) We reserve the right to refuse returns after 30 days from the ship date. If the items are damaged or used, we lose the entire amount of the order and we do not sell used parts.
3) If you believe your package was damaged or missing items in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you quickly to resolve the issue using the Missing Items Form. We cannot honor this months later as there are too many variables with time that can create lost or damaged components.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To cancel an order, please email Sales@ChaseBays.com ASAP with the following as the subject line
Cancel Order ... Order # [ ] ... Name
If the order has not shipped, we will immediately cancel and refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them in our warehouse.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. In some cases we have seen up to 2 weeks.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
