The Dual Piston Delete’s main difference from the single piston Brake Booster Delete is that it now has 2 isolated braking circuits for front and rear. This means that if you lose a line or experience a leak, you will still have fluid to the other end of the car for braking until you can park and/or get to the pits. It also allows the Brake Booster Delete to be used in its BEST form; Motorsports. Many tracks and series only allow dual or tandem master cylinders, where our single outlet option would be prohibited. To be clear, many stock Master Cylinders have dual outlets but single reservoir feed…so it’s the same assumed risk with OE setups. So all in all our Dual Piston setup is an upgrade that is FD, WRC, NASA, SCCA approved.

The pedal ratio change to 6:1 is the major function and feel upgrade to allow the use of a larger master cylinder. The OE pedal ratio can only leverage so much, so we’re limited to a 3/4 or smaller master cylinder. The improved motorsport pedal ratio gives you a better mechanical advantage with additional leverage. This means we can use a larger 1 inch master cylinder with more fluid being pushed in reference to the piston movement inside. This is beneficial because it allows you to have a better braking feel and more force to the calipers with equal or lesser force at the pedal. That translates to less leg effort and more braking power.

If you get in a car with our Dual Piston Brake Booster Delete and Hawk HPS or better brake pads, you will barely notice something is different for normal braking aside from perfectly consistent and linear braking. The noticeable change is in the top 10% of braking before lockup. It requires a tad more leg effort which is beneficial for modulating max braking. Thats where so much value comes in for motorsport use. 

For a street car, drift, or rally car; We recommend Hawk HP+, or EBC Yellow Brake Pads better. For fluid we recommend Motul 600. This will give you amazing cold and hot bite for optimal performance and can handle some serious heat cycles. They also keep the brake dust low.

For a track day car even up to advanced group we recommend Hawk DTC-60 / Street-Race and Motul 660 brake fluid. These pads provide nearly as good cold bite as the Hawk HP+ and up to 1000º F of heat before they start to degrade. Your brake dust will be much higher than Hawek HP+.

For a dedicated track car that's doing wheel to wheel and/or endurance, we recommend Hawk DTC-70 or DTC-80 and Castrol SRF fluid. The pads have hardly any cold bite, they have to be 400º F before they begin hitting their peak performance. They withstand up to 1500º F of heat before they start to degrade. Your brake dust and brake squeal noise will be high. Castrol SRF is expensive but hands down the best fluid for track use.

If a chassis isn't listed on our product descriptions as compatible then we likely have no experience with it, therefore we cannot personally guarantee it will work. If you think you can make it work or that it's close to working as is, we request that you send us the width and height of the bolt pattern on the brake booster. We can determine if any of the Brake Booster Delete's will bolt up. Along with that email we will need the chassis pedal ratio to confirm our adapters will give proper Motorsport Braking. Yes, with manual brakes in nearly every case you're sizing the Master Cylinder sizing to the Pedal Ratio more so than the calipers. Our Dual Piston Brake Booster Delete with Bolt-on 6:1 Pedal Ratio uses a 1" Master Cylinder which is sufficient for 2 Piston F ront, 1 Piston Rear all the way up to 6 piston front, 4 piston rear. The important part is that your pedal can leverage the Master Cylinder to get all the clamping force your pistons can output...that's all in the pedal ratio. You're set!

If you would like to get some measurements from the vehicle and send them to us we will be happy to compare them to the specs for our currently offered Power Steering Kits and let you know if any of them will be compatible. We will need the following information:

1. Fitting thread pitches and style of seals needed to connect to the power steering pump and rack

2. Line lengths for Reservoir to Pump, Pump to High Pressure port on rack, and Low Pressure port on rack back to the Reservoir

4. Photos of the high and low pressure ports on the steering rack and the port on the pump

5. Photos of the OE fittings from the steering rack and pump

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer custom built AN lines at this time. We used to be able to offer them, but as our sales have grown those custom lines began to interfere with our regular production schedules so we to discontinue that option. Sorry we don't have better news for you but let us know if you have any other questions, thank you!

We recommend using Brown and Miller Racing Solutions. It is who we use for Hose and Hose Ends. It's also who NASCAR and Indy use so you know it's the best in the world.

If you're purchasing our Power Steering Reservoir, Coolant Overflow, Windshield Washer Reservoir, or Oil Catch Can...we offer many optional brackets.

• For mounting on a vertical surface the Type 1 or Type 5 is a good choice depending on your outward room.

• For mounting on a horizontal surface the Type 3 or Type 4 works very well.

• Type 2 and 4 are good for mounting off the side of a horizontal surface

• Type 5 is good for mounting above a vertical surface.

Every individual car is going to be a bit different so it is hard to say what will be best but following those general rules and looking at exactly where you plan to mount the product you can find the solution best for you.

We sold the portion of the company that made wiring harnesses in December 2016. We no longer make, service, or troubleshoot them. Chandler Autosport bought us out and is no longer in business as far as we know unfortunately. Find out more here:

All of our products have a lifetime warranty on the internals of the product. For instance the Power Steering Kit, Brake Line Kit, Clutch Line, basically any hose assembly we guarantee not to leak from within. Any reservoir, radiator, cooler we guarantee not to leak or fail from within. If they do we will warranty it. Any handbrake, dual caliper bracket, brackets for coolers or reservoirs or catch cans, any machined or bent metal Chase Bays component we guarantee not to break under normal use and proper installation.

Externally there is stipulations. If a brake line or power steering line is installed within 3" of a header, downpipe, or a moving object and damage is caused we will not warranty it. That is considered installation error. It is common sense not to install a fluid hose within 3" of extremely hot objects or moving objects like belts, sharp edges, steering columns, etc. There are however situations where a fluid hose is sort of forced into that category. If that's the case then it is up to YOU to make sure its VERY well secured and if its a flow through hose like a Power Steering or Oil Hose you should buy our Firesleeve. If its a stagnant pressure non-flow hose like a brake or clutch line, fire sleeve can act as an oven (imagine it like putting Saran Wrap over your arm) so we recommend a heat shield over a heat jacket.


If a radiator, cooler, reservoir, catch can or similar metal items are next to something hitting it, exposed to extreme heat, shocked with voltage, or hit with extreme force (crash) that caused them to fail then it is not covered under warranty. Those are outside forces out of Chase Bays control.

Shipping

The best way to get an accurate shipping quote is to put each item you want in your cart and go to checkout. You will see all your options for shipping before you submit the order.

We only print a label when the order is packaged, weighed, and sealed. This means your order is completed by us, then a shipping label is printed. Most of the time this happens it is because the driver who picked up from us did not scan your package when it was loaded onto the truck. That initial scan is what starts the tracking service and if it does not get initiated it usually won't be updated until it is out for delivery or even delivered to you.

When this happens it is rare that the package actually goes missing so we like to wait two weeks from the time it was shipped before filing a lost package claim to give it ample time to be delivered.

If two weeks have gone by from the date you got your tracking number, email us so we can file a claim and get a replacement sent to you. Sales@ChaseBays.com

Most of the time this happens, either a neighbor received the package due to a mistake on the drivers part or they didn't drop off the package and it is still on the truck (which will be delivered the following days). We suggest getting in contact with the local hub of the shipping company and checking to see if they still have the package or checking with your neighbors to make sure it wasn't dropped off there. We have packages regularly that say delivered and it gets there in the next day or two. If nothing turns up through those channels please email us Sales@ChaseBays.com 

Returns / Exchanges / Cancel Order

We get hundreds of orders a day so it is near impossible to locate the order sheets location throughout the warehouse.

In order to catch it before it's shipping out we would have to completely stop the QC and shipping line, take 20 minutes to unpackage and change the order, then have them proceed. We have tried really hard to cater to our clients in this way but it always unravels into mistakes and problems. Sadly it's just not doable. We are unable to change orders once they are placed.

What you will have to do is an exchange: Fill out the Return Material Authorization Form LINKED HERE. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice. We are not responsible for lost packages. Ship your product(s) to:

If the order has not shipped, we will quickly cancel and refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them in our warehouse.

All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. In some cases we have seen up to 2 weeks. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@chasebays.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We cannot honor this months later as there are too many variables with time that can create lost or damaged components.

Are Items Missing From Your Order?

You opened your Chase Bays package with anticipation...you're ready to see it! As you sort through it you think "Hey wait a minute, I am missing something!". We individually Quality Control (QC) every order that goes out and take a picture of it before its packaged for our internal reference, but mistakes can happen. In many cases we find there is just simply confusion on what's what within the order which is cleared up fast.

So we don't waste your time and we can solve your problem as quickly as possible; we need you to lay out the product(s) in question on a table or on the floor to snap a 

good well lit, non-blurry photo.

 Please don't send us a blurry photo, this will draw out the process and frustrate you. We don't want you frustrated we just want to solve your problem fast so you can carry on and enjoy your purchase. We will review to either see what's missing and ship it out OR clear up confusion with you.
