The Chase Bays Brake Line Relocation for Lexus IS300 with Brake Booster Eliminator (BBE) is designed for enthusiasts who want to eliminate engine bay clutter and improve braking performance by;

• Relocating the brake lines in a much more practical way. (aka Brake Line Tuck or Tucked Brake Lines)
• Replacing the factory proportioning valve / block with our Adjustable Bias Valve.
• Deleting ABS
• Compensating for the different outlets of our Brake Booster Eliminator

The OEM brake hard lines are relocated and replaced and with -3AN stainless steel braided, Teflon PTFE lined, black PVC coated lines. We use the best components in the industry and we pressure test every line we assemble. We guarantee a leak free start up if this product is installed correctly.

Chase Bays Brake Booster Delete for Lexus IS300

This kit keeps all the lines in the engine bay and mounts the Adjustable Bias Valve to the lower master cylinder bolt. We have designed the lines to route in the best path possible. Low on the firewall, below steering column…however we find is the best look while remaining easy to install. Plus, of course, a safe distance from high heat and/or moving objects. The driver to passenger line is installed low on the firewall just above the transmission and will clamp onto existing studs on the firewall.

The front to rear lines are plug and play. There is a joining block low on the driver side firewall (almost under the car) that you will thread our provided metric adapters into. From there the 2 shortest lines will connect to a tee fitting, then one single line goes to the OUT side of the Bias Valve. Since the fitment is so tight near the IS300 steering column, its best to tighten this 3 line combo before installing it onto the car. Make SURE you secure this line assembly very well.

PTFE - Polyetratluoroethylene aka Teflon
Proportioning Valve & Bias Valve - The component that alters the difference in front and rear pressure. In most cases, the front needs more. Almost all of our Brake Line Relocations include an Adjustable Bias Valve.
ABS - Anti-Lock Brake System. Sometimes needed, sometimes not. How you determine this is up to you but if you have any questions we can provide insight.
