The COMPLETE Chase Bays Tank to Rail 6AN Fuel Line Kit for EZ30 / EZ36-swapped 86 / FR-S / BRZ [ZN6] brings fuel delivery, filtration, pressure regulation, and ethanol sensing together in one clean installation. Pressure-tested, E85-compatible 6AN hose assemblies connect the system with purpose-built routing and the attention to detail you expect from Chase Bays.

We worked through the plumbing so you don’t have to. No guessing hose lengths, piecing together fittings, or finding somewhere to mount a collection of universal components.

Why Your EZ Swap Needs It
The original ZN6 fuel system and the EZ30 / EZ36 operate at different fuel pressures (60psi vs. 43psi). The EZ's also have single inlet fuel rails when we need 1 in 1 out. Our solution uses a return-style layout with a compact regulator mounted directly to the fuel rail, providing pressure control after fuel passes through the rails.

Integrated Filtration, Regulation, and Flex Fuel
The 10-micron stainless steel element fuel filter filters before it reaches the rails and injectors. Our Compact Rail Mount Fuel Pressure Regulator keeps the installation tight and eliminates the need for a separate regulator bracket and another hose, while the included fuel pressure gauge makes setting and checking pressure straightforward.

The flex fuel sensor and dedicated filter/sensor mount integrate ethanol sensing into the return hose, the sensor allows the ECU to account for changing ethanol content.

Purpose-Built Routing
This kit REQUIRES the Radium In Tank / Sending Unit to facilitate return and solves fuel slosh. Fuel travels from the pump through the filter, into the rails, and through the rail-mounted regulator. The return then passes through the flex fuel sensor before heading back to the tank. The dedicated filter/sensor mounting arrangement and billet line stays keep the installation organized from front to rear.

This kit features premium PTFE inner lined Chase Bays Hose and Black Hose Ends with GOLD Crimp Collars. It is all pressure tested before it leaves our facility.
