Finally...a source for a 10AN Line Builder for your own Custom Oil Cooler Kit! This is STEP 2 to build your own Oil Cooler Line Kit.
Why use Chase Bays 10AN Lines?
Our 10AN reinforced nylon braided hose is abrasion resistant, making it ideal for routing in and out of the engine bay. Combining our hose with our 10AN Firesleeve adds even more protection with abrasion and heat resistance! Our 10AN hose and crimp-on dual swivel hose ends have a burst pressure rating of 3,000 psi - 30x higher than what is considered normal for 'high' oil pressure. We achieve this ultra high pressure rating utilizing our own crimp-on line end fittings versus the traditional thread-on/push-on style hose. We pressure test each line prior to sending them out to ensure there is no way to have any issues once installed properly.
To compare, our reputable competitors are charging $1.00/inch on average for a similar or lesser performance level of 10AN hose, plus the cost of any line end fittings, leaving all assembly and testing to you as the end user. Our hose will be measured, cut, and crimped to your exact specifications, pressure tested in-house, and shipped straight to you ready for installation.
We offer this service to be able to create your very own Oil Cooler Kit Lines for your EXACT setup. We can only R&D so many chassis and engine specific Oil Cooler Kits, so instead of waiting on us to develop the exact kit for your application you can now build one yourself!
STEP 2
Here's how to place your order so the right kit is made the FIRST time. Select your fitting angles needed from the drop down. Every 1x quantity in your cart is for 1x crimp-on fitting for your order - 2 FITTINGS PER HOSE REQUIRED. Every angled crimp-on fitting chosen will be our dual swivel line end, therefore hose clocking is not needed! Please specify in your order comments if you want multiple hoses made and their respective lengths and fitting angles required.

The 10AN size Firesleeve is tough to fit over angled fittings once the line has been assembled. If you would like Firesleeve to be pre-installed to your line(s), please specify that in your order notes as well.
