Stage 2 brings together the critical upgrades needed to take your build from street-ready to safe and sound motorsport-ready, without the guesswork.

Getting a car running and tuned is one thing. Building a car that can withstand repeated abuse on the track is another. We've taken a car thats a breeze for street driving then first lap on track there's 10 issues. Stage 2: Motorsport Ready takes our EZ30 / EZ36 swap package beyond the essentials, addressing the critical systems that separate a nicely running car from a properly prepared performance car. Fuel delivery, oil control, crankcase ventilation, and cooling. These are the things that keep your engine happy when you're pushing it to its limitations.
We've spent 20 years developing motorsport products and we're on track testing our own cars at least once a month. We've seen firsthand what fails, what overheats, what starves for oil, and what becomes a problem after repeated hard driving. That experience shapes every component we develop and every product we recommend. We've already put in the research, testing, development, and hard work so you don't have to figure everything out the expensive way.
Oil control is non-negotiable. Under sustained cornering, braking, and acceleration, oil moves around inside the pan and up the inside of the engine. This can cause the oil pickup to pull air...starving the engine of lubrication. Engine block window creator! The included NAS Performance Oil Pan Baffle is an essential upgrade for spirited driving and track use, helping maintain oil pickup coverage under high lateral G-forces. NAS Performance and Chase Bays worked closely together to test this product on our EZ36 ZN6 Track Car. Then our Chase Bays Dual Inlet Oil Catch Can Kit provides proper crankcase ventilation and helps manage oil vapor and pressure during demanding operation. This keeps your engine cleaner and can free up power in some cases. It also maintains the octane / ethanol rating of the fuel as it enters the combustion chamber. All of these increase the longevity of your engine.
We also address the other pillars of success: fuel and cooling. The ID1050 Injector Kit with Denso to EV6 Wiring Adapters provides the additional fueling capacity needed for E85, while the Fuel Pressure Sensor Kit allows the ECU to monitor fuel pressure and support appropriate engine protection strategies. The flex fuel sensor is already included in the Tank to Rail Fuel Line Kit we supply in stage 1, we just provide the wiring that goes from the Link G5 ECU to the Flex Sensor itself. Our Chase Bays 42mm Motorsport Radiator Package combines a high-capacity Radiator, purpose-built sealed Fan Shroud, powerful 12-inch Ultra High 3,400 CFM (total) Fans, and our Dual Fan Relay Harness into one complete wildly powerful cooling solution. Whether you're sitting on grid, making repeated laps, or driving in hot weather...the goal is consistent, controlled temperatures. Along with our Dual Pass Oil Cooler and Swirl Pot from Stage 1, your car will stay COOOOOL!
The philosophy behind Stage 2 is simple: do it once, do it right, and save yourself the trouble down the road. It's far easier and more economical to address these systems while building the car than to chase overheating, oiling, and fuel delivery issues after everything is assembled. We've selected the upgrades we do in our own cars because these are the systems that matter when reliability and performance become equally important. AND it's not over building or overly expensive. It's just the right things, nothing more.

Note: Stage 2 is an upgrade package intended to complement Stage 1, not a complete engine swap solution. E85/flex-fuel operation requires compatible fuel system components, engine management, and appropriate ECU calibration.
