The Chase Bays Power Steering Rack Hardline Replacement is designed for those who have damaged the factory hard lines, to replace old rusty lines, and/or just to avoid doing so in the future.
The factory steering rack hard lines are upgraded and replaced with -4AN stainless steel braided, Teflon PTFE lined, black PVC coated lines. We always use the best components in the industry and we pressure test every line we assemble. We guarantee a leak free installation if this products is installed correctly.
This line includes four rack adapters that use an internal flare seal and two 4,000psi capable #4AN hoses. The longer hose features our yellow Chase Bays heat shrink label.
NOTE: We have seen some aftermarket replacement racks using a different seal type on the rack, our fittings require the flare seal style and will not work with the O-ring seal style.
